We deliver within Australia and to selected international locations. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary. Once dispatched, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Returns and Exchanges

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Earrings and custom-made items cannot be returned for hygiene and customisation reasons unless faulty.

We ship our jewellery across Australia and to selected international destinations. All orders are carefully packed to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping Within Australia:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Express shipping: 1–3 business days
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
International Shipping:
Shipping times vary depending on destination and customs.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and delivery method.
Free standard shipping may apply on promotional offers or orders over a certain value (check website for current offers).
Delivery Issues:
SYLK Gem & Jewellery is not liable for:
Delays caused by postal carriers or customs
Lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered"

We want you to love your jewellery from SYLK. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
For returns, customer must contact us and get the instructions before sending back the goods.
Jewellery must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, tags, and protective wrapping.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Costs:
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the return for its value, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
